What will be included in my box?

Each carefully curated box will feature an exciting selection of hand chosen items from the best artisan and fine food producers across the country. You'll also find producer & product notes to give an insight into the journey they take. Each month when we send out our boxes we'll add all of the details to our blog along with some hints and tips on how to get the best from the products included, keep an eye out for the latest news.


What if I have allergies?
All food labelling is clear and the product notes give extra information. If you are in any doubt do contact us immediately and we can liaise with the producer.

When will I be charged?

Your card will be charged when you place an order. Our renewal date is the 15th of each month, if you order a monthly subscription before the 5th of the month then you'll be re-billed on the 15th of that month (you'll receive your first box before the 10th of the month). Purchase after the 5th and your renewal will be in the following month.


Your bank statement will display BoroughBox Ltd.


When will my box be delivered?

We ship boxes towards the end of the month every month, the exact date will depend on weekends and bank holidays etc..


What if I'm not in when delivery is made?

Our boxes are sent via Royal Mail. If you're not in then you'll get a note to collect from a neighbour or a Post Office collection location.


Can I purchase a gift without it automatically subscribing?
Yes, our boxes make perfect gifts for any foodie. Simply visit www.club.boroughbox.com/shop to purchase a (fixed) one, three or six month package.


Can I cancel?
Yes, you can cancel at any time by logging into your account, selecting your subscription and cancelling. Any feedback and reasons for cancelling are hugely appreciated. If you’ve prepaid for a three or six month package then cancellation will be from the end of the paid cycle.


Will there be any meat products in my box?

The idea of your monthly box is to feature an eclectic mix of the finest foods from the best artisan and specialist producers across the country, which may well include a meat product on the odd month due to seasonality or a food theme in that box.


Can I buy repeat items from my box?
We sell a lot of the items featured in our boxes in our main marketplace: www.boroughbox.com , if you can't find anything that you'd like then just get in touch and we'll do our best to help.

My box arrived broken or missing pieces, what shall I do?
Oh no! Very sorry to hear that and time to sack the postman! We package everything as securely as possible but if anything is broken then please email picture(s) of the products to [email protected] and we’ll send a replacement, or a completely new box if need be.
